Hi! I’m Jenny Andrews,

I have always loved numbers and was born with an analytical mind.

I also found it natural to manage people and teams and love to help individuals develop in their careers. This involved allocating a balance of tasks with which they were already accomplished and efficient with those that would offer learning and growth.  An overarching philosophy I hold is to let people primarily do what they are good at.  A well-balanced team has a good spread of skills in order to achieve this. 

As a result, team members are motivated and satisfied and enjoy their roles. After many years in Corporate Finance, I now apply my skills to help entrepreneurs and small business owners understand and leverage the financial side of their businesses. 

Not everyone loves numbers as I do.  So, I partner with my clients to take the stress out of that side of the business so they can focus on their passions. 

My clients are looking to improve the quality of the lives of their clients and/or do something good in the world.  I help them also achieve the financial success which in turn allows them to do even more good.

No two businesses are the same, so neither is my approach.  Whilst I apply sound financial processes, I meet the client where they are and offer a bespoke service tailored to their needs.  I also work with consultants, advisers, and service providers to leverage the value of the combined team.

I am a lifelong learner and continue to grow and develop my own skills and knowledge.  This has led me to explore many topics such as meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, functional approaches to medicine, nutrition, breathing, etc, communication, NLP, and recently Tai Chi.
